We’re currently looking for an SEO Specialist, with minimum of 3 years experience in web optimisation.
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also be required to manage SEM campaigns on Google & Bing in order to maximize ROI.

Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyse competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Passion for Search and internet marketing.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere a must.
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
Proven SEO experience
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture)
Ability to use excel efficiently
Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Optmyzr, Marin, Kenshoo) an advantage but not essential
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments an advantage
BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field an advantage
