James co-setup NZDMI in 2015, after almost 8 years spent in senior digital agency roles across the globe. His primary focus is on developing tracking strategies, aligned with clients’ objectives.
At NZDMI James is seen as a mentor and advocate for all things data, as he often encourages clients to broaden their tracking horizons;
His day-to-day responsibilities include quality control and accuracy of reported data, expansion of reporting methodologies and research of new solutions, which allow for mergers of Google Analytics with other tools and platforms.
Agata ZiemianskaDirector / Data & Strategy
Agata co-setup NZDMI in 2015, after several years spent with digital agencies and in consultancy roles. Having worked with global agencies in Dublin, Auckland and more recently for the University of Otago, where she also mentors marketing PhD students in the topics of data and analytics.
At NZDMI Agata now champions data analysis and visualisation, taking the most valuable and actionable learnings from the reporting and turning them into pillars of on-going strategies.
She also champions Google DataStudio and in 2017 migrated all of NZDMI reporting to this tool.
Charlie joined NZDMI in 2015, coming from a marketing and tourism background, with the latter years focusing on digital and market insights. Charlie works alongside James specialising in building, managing and optimising paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on digital acquisition and smart targeting.
Gints joined NZDMI in August 2016 as a technical specialist, having previously worked in a number of financial institutions in Latvia;
Gints’s strength lies in his technical abilities and to-date he has been responsible for majority of advanced tracking solutions through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
Holly RossSocial & Content
Holly comes with several years of international experience crafting copy and producing print and digital creative.
At NZDMI she champions creative writing and social strategy, putting data behind engaging content.
Cree joined NZDMI in February 2018, as a recent graduate of Marketing from Otago University. With a diploma in psychology to support he intuitive thinking, Cree is currently at the forefront of managing clients’ questions and requests regarding their website performance;
Her day-to-day responsibilities include working alongside James on ensuring that all data the clients access on a regular basis is accurate;
She is also responsible for initial troubleshooting of any issues and managing their resolution.
