Agata’s real passion for digital media started with numbers – thanks to her excellent analytical skills. After years spent working with online brands in Dublin, Sydney and Auckland, she decided to pursue the big data quest independently. Co-founding NZDMI became the perfect opportunity to elevate digital analysis to the next level and champion data-driven strategy.
Charlie joined NZDMI in 2015, coming from a marketing and tourism background, with the latter years focusing on digital and market insights. Charlie works alongside James specialising in building, managing and optimising paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on digital acquisition and smart targeting.
With experience on both agency and client side, Gints is an invaluable asset to the NZDMI team.
